“Whew!” Well we now have a new President and Vice President! Whew! For awhile there it looked as though we would have to have “hand to hand combat” in the streets of Washington. That’s a term from my old army days. Thankfully God was kind to America again!

Let’s not think that those who are now in power are going to fix things overnight. We’re facing too many problems, and the nation is yet divided. Like you,

I saw and heard a lot of prayers being offered up, and certainly that’s what it’s going to take to help us get the taste out of our mouths of what we endured for the last four years. However when the minister did the “benediction” Wednesday he seemed to close by giving credit to all gods. Hmm. Oh well at least The President quoted part of one of my favorite scriptures. “For His anger endureth but a moment; in His favor is life; weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.” Psalm 30:5. We who love the Lord will continue to pray.
