“In order to hear from God we must first belong to God!”

“In order to hear from God we must first belong to God!” Now I don’t know who said it, but it sure sounds good to me!

These last several months God has been doing a lot of speaking, and I’ve been doing my best to do “a lot of listening!” For the life of me I can’t figure out how people made it through this storm without hearing from God or even wanting to hear. Yes God was speaking and His children were listening! If the virus wasn’t enough, other things happened to make us thankful that we have a wonderful Savior in Jesus, who speaks peace in the midst of our storms.

So as we inch closer and closer to leaving this pandemic behind, we will have to keep our ears on, because those who don’t belong to God, might not be able to hear from God. If that’s true, then we who do hear from God will have to speak to God for them! Save Lord! “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:” St. John 10:27.
