“Talking loud and saying nothing!”

“Talking loud and saying nothing!” Sadly I had to fire my shiny new tea kettle. My old tea pot had become unusable so I replaced it.

Now the old pot, when boiling, would make so much noise that anyone in the neighborhood would want to come and turn it off! This new kettle however, was found guilty of only being heard in the kitchen. Yes, it was talking loud, and saying nothing!

This week one of my daughters was sitting in the living room, and one of my grandchildren was sitting in the dining room, and they didn’t know that someone had turned on the kettle, and that the water was about to boil out! So, since I couldn’t fire my family, I fired the kettle instead.

Now that our churches (kitchens) are reopening, we’re going to have to make some takeout orders because if the unsaved won’t come into our kitchens, we’ll have to continue to do praying deliveries in Jesus name! Let’s do what we can to keep lifting up the name of Jesus. “And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.” Galatians 6:9. I watched the Mayoral debate Thursday night and found that they too were “Talking loud and...”
