“In an hour that you think not.” It was said that the mass shootings in Kansas City was number 74 for the period January to February in the United States. Over 800,000 people showed up for the Super Bowl party and only one ended up in the morgue instead of in their living room. Should we Christians be concerned? Yes, because we live in a nation that wants to play all of the time, and that’s why many Christians have stopped attending church. Church reminds us that we all have an expiration date, and that JESUS is coming in an hour that we think not! God may well hold us responsible for keeping our mouths shut and letting folks end up in a place that was prepared for the devil and his imps. Remember Saints, that only what we do for Christ will last. Please keep praying. “Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour that ye think not the Son of man cometh.”St. Matthew 24:44.

“Don’t drink the milk! Why? It’s spoiled!” That’s what Spanky said in the black and white movies “The Little Rascals.” I just saw a report saying that bottled water could be dangerous to our health because particles from the plastic has been seeping into the bottles. Now I’ve been drinking bottled water so long that I don’t remember when I started, and probably you too! Yes mankind is so smart and sometimes they think that they are smarter than God Almighty! Now at this stage of the game I won’t stop drinking bottled water, but I sure thank God that I got a hold of some LIVING WATER that didn’t come from a well. Yes, you know exactly WHO I’m talking about! Isn’t God good? “But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst;” St. John 4:14a

“Only love can conquer hate.”#2 After church Sunday my wife and I decided to go to a Jewish restaurant (BEN’S) for dinner. After I had placed my order I remembered that some “NUT” could come in and start some trouble. Thankfully nothing happened. A Jewish family came in with three little girls. While the adults talked, two of the girls set quietly reading children’s books. That helped me realize why so many hate them. “Probably” our kids would have been on cell phones playing video games or watching tick-tock. Yet we hate them because of their skin. Saints, Curtis Mayfield said many years ago “ Who told you to hate your black preacher that taught you to love your white teacher?” Whether you believe it or not, “Only love can conquer hate,” and we Christians who have been born twice had better remember that. We’ve got work to do! “A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.” St. John 13:34.
